This Week's Announcements - 8/25/08 - 8/30/08:
- This is the first week of our Fall, 8-week session of small group classes. This session runs through Saturday, October 18, 2008.
- Our new Fall Open Mat Class Schedule will be available next week! Expect a few changes, and some nice additions to our schedule and our staff!
- Don't forget, get a group of 4 or more together and we'll start a class just for you!
Coming in September - Specialty Classes
- Pilates for Teens - for ages 12-15. Get an early start on great posture and good habits with Pilates. $85 for 5-week session - 4:30 p.m. Thursdays. Begins September 25.
- Pilates for Golf - Yes, you've been waiting for it and it's here. This 5-week session offers a special mix of Pilates work to help you be the best at your game! 5:30 p.m. on Thursdays / $85 for five weeks. Begins September 11.
- The New York City Ballet Workout - Get a dancer's body! Standing exercises, floor barre, and fabulous flexibility work. A great complement to your Pilates practice! 6:30 p.m. on Thursdays / $85 for five weeks. Begins September 18.
THE STUDIO WILL BE CLOSED ON LABOR DAY - 9/1/08, AND ON COLUMBUS DAY - 10/13/08.
