Start your day with a "Cup o' Joe!" - NEW Morning Mat Classes!

      

Wake up and get the coffee brewing...... We've added an 8 am Mat/Barre class every Wednesday morning! C'mon - get up, get going, and get your Powerhouse in action! We'll add some standing work at the barre to send you off tall and strong!

And for those of you who prefer to hit the snooze button in the mornings - try our Magic Circle Mat class on Thursday mornings at 10 am.

We're CARVING it up !

      

We hope you'll join us for our new CARVE! class. This fabulous complement to Pilates training is a body-sculpting fusion of elements from ballet, Pilates and weight training designed to help you lose fat, build endurance and carve muscle! This 50-minute class is a complete body workout to help shape your bottom, trim your thighs, sculpt your abs, chisel your arms, and slice off the fat!

  Set to music, standing balance and weight  

  exercises, work at the ballet barre, floor

  exercises and Pilates matwork all come together

  to produce great results. And stretching

  exercises infused throughout the workout help create lean, lengthened muscles.

  This class is being offered as part of our Open Mat Class Schedule.
