Payment is in advance, by cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Online scheduling is available to clients who have completed their first three sessions with us.
Please complete your registration form prior to your first appointment, or be sure to arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment in order to complete this information.
Please make every attempt to arrive on time for your appointment so we can provide you with your full session. Arriving a few minutes early is recommended.
Please note that we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Clients will be charged the full rate for any appointment that is cancelled or rescheduled without 24-hours notice.
For those new to Pilates
We offer an 80-minute introductory session to new clients. This allows time for a fitness interview, injury history and assessment, goal setting, and posture analysis. This one-on-one appointment allows us to best create an individualized workout program. Continuing sessions are usually one hour long, one to three times per week.
