Friday - 8:00 am until 7:00 pm
Saturday - 8:00 am until 5:00 pm

For those new to Pilates
We offer an 80-minute introductory session to new clients. This allows time for a fitness interview, injury history and assessment, goal setting, and posture analysis. This one-on-one appointment allows us to best create an individualized workout program. Continuing sessions are usually one hour long, one to three times per week.
