This workshop is for anyone who sits at a desk, drives, plays golf, tennis or other sports, rides a bicycle, runs, or generally lives life!
If you tend to carry tension and tightness in the upper body, this workshop will teach you various simple exercises, stretches and self-massage techniques to help you lighten, loosen, and liberate!

Get a taste of the Pilates magic in this FREE trial Tower Class led by Pilates expert, Joy George-Bryden. You’ll have a chance to work with the push and pull of Pilates spring resistance training and discover your “Powerhouse!”
This class is open to absolute beginners. It will be guided and directed so as to be fun, safe, and informative. If you’ve wanted to see what the fuss is all about, here’s your chance to give it a try!
